If you’re struggling to pay heating or electric bills, FFRC can help through Energy Outreach Colorado's Bill Payment Assistance Program. We offer emergency funds for past-due energy bills to qualifying Coloradoans. Book an interview to see if you qualify for this assistance. Let FFRC help keep your home warm and the lights on.
Cancellation Policy
Important Appointment Details: Grace Period: You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment will be canceled, and you must reschedule. Documents to Bring: • Your latest utility statement (The statement must be dated within the last 30 days from the date of the appointment.) • A valid ID For Paperless Billing Customers: • If you are enrolled in paperless billing, ensure you are prepared before your appointment. This includes downloading the app, creating an account, and familiarizing yourself with navigating it. Please Note: We do not accept walk-ins.
