Cancellation Policy
Important Appointment Details: Grace Period: You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment will be canceled, and you must reschedule. Documents to Bring: • Your latest utility statement (The statement must be dated within the last 30 days from the date of the appointment.) • A valid ID For Paperless Billing Customers: • If you are enrolled in paperless billing, ensure you are prepared before your appointment. This includes downloading the app, creating an account, and familiarizing yourself with navigating it. Please Note: We do not accept walk-ins.
