Behavioral health counselors provides BIPOC birthing individuals and families with support to navigate emotional, psychological, and social challenges. Through a client-centered approach, counseling addresses concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. The goal is to promote mental well-being, develop coping strategies, and empower individuals to achieve a healthier and more balanced life.in addressing mental and emotional well-being, providing a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

In Partnership with Free Yourself Denver Families Forward Resource Center (FFRC) is committed to ensuring all community members have access to high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services. We’ve partnered with Free Yourself Denver to provide professional behavioral health counseling that supports the emotional and psychological well-being of our families. Booking Instructions: To schedule an appointment with a therapist: Visit freeyourselfdenver.com Mention in your intake form or during scheduling that you were referred by Families Forward Resource Center (FFRC) This ensures your booking is properly tracked and that you may receive support from FFRC for any out-of-pocket costs. Cost & Financial Support: Free Yourself Denver accepts a range of insurance plans. If your insurance does not fully cover the cost of services, FFRC will help supplement the remaining balance to reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket expenses. Please note: Eligibility for financial support is based on available funding and verification of referral status. Additional Notes: Appointments are subject to therapist availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a no-show fee. FFRC does not manage therapist schedules directly; please contact Free Yourself Denver for all booking inquiries.
